Scope and Applicability

PasswordPact is a service provided by 911 Vault Corp. (“911 Vault”). This DMCA Policy applies to all public-facing content published by 911 Vault Corp., including PasswordPact.

911 Vault Corp. (“911 Vault”) provides secure, encrypted vault services-including 911 Vault and PasswordPact-for private storage and conditional sharing of digital assets. Our platforms do not host, display, or make user-uploaded content publicly accessible. All user data is encrypted and only accessible to the data owner and their designated trustees under specific, event-driven conditions.

This DMCA policy applies solely to publicly accessible materials published by 911 Vault Corp., such as website text, documentation, or marketing content. The DMCA notice-and-takedown process does not apply to encrypted vault files or user data, as these are not accessible, managed, or displayed by 911 Vault Corp.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through 911 Vault’ websites or services infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to the Designated Agent listed below:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;

  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice regarding materials on our public website or documentation, 911 Vault Corp will:

  • Review the notice and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the party responsible for the material, if applicable, that the material has been removed or access has been disabled.
  • Note:

    911 Vault Corp. does not host or display user-uploaded content or encrypted vault files in any public or operator-accessible manner. Therefore, removal or restoration of user content is not applicable to our core vault services.
