PasswordPact:
Using Event Vaults

PasswordPact is one application of our patented pending Event Vaults technology for safeguarding and sharing critical information when it matters most. Let's dive into how PasswordPact leverages Event Vaults to protect your digital life and empower those you care for.

What are Event Vaults?

Event Vaults are secure digital containers designed to facilitate the controlled release of sensitive and critical information to your loved ones, employees, or advisors when you're unable to act on your own behalf. As the creator of an Event Vault, you have complete control over:

  • WHO can access the information.
  • WHAT information is shared.
  • WHY the information should be released.
  • WHEN the information becomes accessible.

How PasswordPact Utilizes Event Vaults

PasswordPact is a specialized application of Event Vault technology, focusing on securing and sharing your digital identity information. We chose to isolate this use case as this can be done in minutes with little to no effort or planning, yet provides invaluable information to those close to you. Here's how it works.

  • Secure Storage:
Your passwords and digital account details are encrypted, stored in a PasswordPact Event Vault, and distributed to whom you choose.
  • Trustee Selection:
You choose the trusted individuals (Trustees) to act as gatekeepers for your digital information.
  • Trigger Events:
You define specific events or conditions under which your Trustees can request access to your PasswordPact Event Vault.
  • Collaborative Validation:
All Trustees selected as gatekeepers must independently and unanimously verify and request to open the vault, ensuring multiple layers of security.
  • Controlled Access:
Once validated, chosen Trustees can decrypt and access the contents of your PasswordPact Event Vault.
